Kelly O’Shea, an experienced professional in tax and estate planning, joined Legacy in 2014. Starting as a Client Representative, Kelly later transitioned into the tax department, bringing to bear her 28 years of comprehensive administrative experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and also carries the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation, reflecting her commitment to her field.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Kelly now resides in Appleton with her husband, and they are proud parents of two adult children. Beyond her professional life, Kelly holds a deep appreciation for the outdoors and is an avid reader. She is an active volunteer at her local church, further underscoring her commitment to community involvement. Additionally, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, often over a warm cup of coffee.
